About Able

Not at the edge of Africa's story.
At the centre of it.

Able Ejiofor is a Capital Architect, Growth Strategist, and Institution Builder who has spent over a decade engineering certainty for African enterprise — one system, one structure, one generation at a time.

"Africa has the capital. Africa has the enterprises. Africa has the talent. What it did not have — until now — is the architecture, the systems, and the leadership to connect them reliably, at scale, and with accountability."

Able Ejiofor is the Founder and Managing Director of Honvia Limited, a capital architecture and investment facilitation firm headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria, operating under the tagline Engineering Certainty. He is also the Convener of The Funding Summit (TFS) 2026 — Africa's premier discipline-driven capital event.

His core thesis is that Africa is resource-rich but system-poor. Capital exists but cannot find structured vehicles. Enterprises grow but collapse before they scale. Leaders emerge but are not equipped to build institutions. Able built his practice — and his life's work — around fixing this.

Through Honvia Limited, Ideas Worth Billions Africa, SpaceBox Technologies, BorderlessX, and a portfolio of strategic programs, he has built a pan-African operating footprint spanning 12+ countries — always thinking with an AfCFTA mindset.

His long-term goal is to become the foremost authority for African and global leaders on Strategy and Growth — at the intersection of capital architecture, executive advisory, and continental leadership.

The Journey

A decade of building
at the centre of Africa.

2013–

Foundation

Began building Ideas Worth Billions Africa — a capacity development platform that would grow to 1,500+ members across 12+ countries, forging the community-building methodology that underpins all subsequent work.

2015–

Consulting Practice

Launched formal advisory practice, working with SMEs, NGOs, and institutions across West Africa on strategy, systems, and capital readiness. Developed the diagnostic frameworks that would become the basis of Honvia.

2018–

Continental Expansion

Expanded operating footprint to 12+ African markets. Began working directly with DFIs, development bodies, and institutional partners.

2021–

Honvia Limited

Founded Honvia Limited — a capital architecture and investment facilitation firm headquartered in Abuja, built on the thesis that Africa's capital problem is structural, not financial. Began developing the IRTP and Managed DFI Pipeline products.

2024–

Capital Architecture Phase

Articulated the $1B Honvia blueprint. Began building The Funding Summit as Africa's premier discipline-driven capital event. Launched the AGS knowledge brand, the Africa Growth Letter, and the AGA-CI Framework.

2026

The Funding Summit

Convening TFS 2026 — November 27–28 in Lagos. 500+ delegates. 50+ capital partners. The most significant capital architecture event in African business history.

The Framework

The principles that drive
every engagement.

Engineering Certainty

Strategy without execution architecture is theatre. Every engagement produces systems, not just insights.

Human First

Capital without capacity decays. Technology without leadership fails. The human being is always the primary infrastructure.

Continental Thinking

Every decision is made with an AfCFTA mindset — thinking across borders, not within them.

Kingdom Stewardship

Grounded in faith, responsibility, and the conviction that what is built must outlast the builder and serve generations.

Discipline Over Drama

The era of story-driven everything is over. Systems, governance, and unit economics are the new language of serious operators.

Legacy Architecture

Businesses are vehicles. Legacies are destinations. Every strategy engagement is ultimately an act of institution-building.

Grounded in Kingdom Stewardship

Able's work is anchored in a Kingdom stewardship framework — the conviction that everything entrusted to him must be built, multiplied, and returned with increase. This faith dimension is not separate from his strategy work; it is the foundation of it. It is why he builds for generations, not just for quarters.
