What Is This
The Uncommon Room is not for everyone — and it does not pretend to be. It exists for the rare individual who is building something that most people around them cannot see, understand, or validate. The one who carries a vision that is too large for the rooms currently available to them.
Every gathering features a session where the Convener shares — wisdom of the age, frameworks, strategies, and insights on winning in the current season. This is followed by open dialogue: honest, deep, Spirit-led conversation between builders who are ready to give as much as they receive.

God is the anchor of every conversation. The Spirit leads — and the room follows. Strategy and prayer are not in competition here.
Seats are limited to 8–15 people per gathering. Entry is confirmed by the Convener. Your place is held only upon confirmation.
The Convener

Able Ejiofor is the Founder and Managing Director of Honvia Limited — a capital architecture and investment facilitation firm operating across African markets. He convenes The Funding Summit (TFS) and leads programmes connecting DFIs, institutional investors, and high-growth African enterprises.
Under his personal brand — the African Growth Strategist — he provides high-level strategic consultation to African builders and entrepreneurs. His master conviction: Africa has the capital, the enterprises, and the talent. What it lacked was the architecture, the systems, and the leadership to connect them reliably, at scale, and with accountability.
The Uncommon Room is his most intimate offering — a room he does not just convene, but inhabits.
